- What are your customer service opening hours?
You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at: 1-888-588-2233. We are available to help you Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a break time between 12 am to 1 pm.
- How can I subscribe to your newsletter?
Just go to the bottom of the page, you will see a space to leave your email. Once filled, simply click on register!

- How can I create an account to make online transactions?
Servomax Client:
You are already our customer and would like to make your purchase online on our e-shop? Just fill out this form and a representative will contact you to create your login.
New customer:
Want to try the Servomax experience with our exclusive products and innovative services? Very easy, Just fill out this form with your information and a representative will contact you to assess your needs for coffee services. - I received an email confirmation for the creation of my account, how do I log in?
In your welcome email, you have a link that invites you to change your password. Once you have changed this one, you can login at shop.servomax.com (top right and click on log in). Enter your email and your new password. You are now ready to shop!
- I always order the same products, I would like to make a quick order, how do you do that?
No problem! Just go into your account and click on quick order. You will see the list of all the products you have ordered in the past. However, if this is the first time you use our e-commerce site, it is normal that the quick order section is empty.
- My purchase is done, how do I place my order?
Just go to your cart, on the bottom right you will see the button
. Click on it and your order is complete! Make sure to confirm your order when it is finished, you will receive a confirmation email. - Is my personal information kept private?

- How can I remove my personal information from your database?
If you would like all information regarding yourself removed from Servomax, please email us at [email protected].
- How do I unsubscribe form your newsletter?
Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter or forward the email you receive from us, or alternatively email us at [email protected] and we can remove your information from our database completely. .
Returns & refunds
- I changed my mind about a product, what is your return policy?
Servomax?believes in supplying our customers with only the best products the office coffee supply industry has to offer. However, we do realize that problems can occur, and mistakes do happen. We offer a full refund or exchange under certain conditions; our return policy is available here.
- What do I do if my product is damaged?
Send us a picture of the product and your order number at [email protected], someone will help you and you will receive a replacement.
Payments
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- I can’t make the payment with my card, what should I do?
We are sorry! Try another payment method or contact us at [email protected] or 1-888-588-2233, the customer service will help you resolve the situation.
- I cannot buy certain products that say "Contact us for pricing". Who should I contact?
You can either write to us, or simply contact your dedicated account manager or call 1-888-588-2233.
Order
- Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The email is the one related to your Servomax e-shop account, in case you have not received an email, check your spam folder. If you still don’t have it, make sure you validated your order. If you still have a problem, contact us at [email protected].
- I can’t make the payment with my card, what should I do?
If you receive your order and a product is missing, please check your emails or spams to see if you’ve received an out of stock notice from us, if you haven’t received this please email us at [email protected] and the customer service will help you.
- There’s a product missing from my order, what should I do?
Sorry about that, please email us at [email protected] and someone will be glad to help you.
- Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
As soon as you place your order, we start processing it. If you want to make a change, please call us at 1-888-588-2233 and we’ll help you. Please have you order number ready.
Delivery
- In how long will I receive my order?
In order to offer you the best service, we process your order as soon as possible. The delivery time depends of your location and the delivery company.
If you order before 3 pm and are in the Greater Montreal or Toronto, you will receive your order the next day. If you order after 3 pm, it will be the day after. In case you are outside Montreal and Toronto, this will depend on the delivery company.
